Sigma ESG - Who we are, what we do
Founded in 2020 to provide Supply Chain consultancy services, Sigma E transitioned to Sustainability in 2024 and launched Sigma ESG.
We rely on internal capabilities, software partners, and a network of sustainability professionals to answer most of your sustainability requirements.
We are convinced the solution to manage complexity internally is Software, and that the best way of integrating new Software within an company is through collaborative work.
Our initial focus is to support companies impacted by the coming into force of CSRD, SMEs by making sure they aren't excluded from markets for simple lack of CO² data, and Corporations in deploying the ESRS & EU Taxonomy internal capacities and tools they require. We aim at simplifying both these challenges through collaborative deployment of carbon accounting and reporting software. We believe software is the best way to ensure companies become self-reliant in matters of Sustainability and we are all about capacity building and making sure our clients become autonomous as soon as possible.
We work with you, we leverage your team. We don't impose notions and ways of working, we choose with you from our toolbox the best adapted method to implement the solutions you need, so that these become yours to use.

Stéphane has learned very early on that, in order to be successful, you must constantly adapt. Success takes on many forms, for Stéphane success is to contribute to organisations’ overall strategy by supporting the teams that constitute them.
Freshly founded in 2024, Sigma ESG, an offshoot of Sigma E, founded in 2020, aims at making organisations independent on their Sustainability journey, not dependent on our services.
Having built his career in optimizing complex industrial, procurement and supply chain processes, in high stakes business environments and executive capacities, Stéphane believes in relying on systems, people and processes to provide structure, and on evidence-based gap analysis and pragmatic action plans to improve performance.
He also believes in lifelong learning, in order to achieve his ethical objectives by contributing to ESG deployment across companies of all sizes, he has recently completed a valuable Sustainability Strategy certification at Stanford Executive Education, an Agile SCRUM Master certification at SCRUM.org, is also a GRI Certified Professional and a Lean 6 Sigma practitioner.
